If damage is caused by an insured risk to your main residence, that you are renting in Belgium, or to your contents, damage will be covered by the Tenant and Belongings' cover.
This cover does not include e.g. theft, and a deductible is applicable.
Steps in if you accidentally injure someone or damage someone else’s goods in the course of your private life. Also known as Family Liability.
This cover doesn't include e.g. damage to your own belongings.

Our guarantees « Tenant Liability and Content”, “Personal Liability”, “Soft Mobility Liability”, “BOB” and the optional guarantee “Personal Accident” insured by AXA Belgium, the guarantee “Legal Protection” insured by Euromex and the guarantees “Home Assistance”, “Soft Mobility Assistance”, “Assistance in case of sickness or accident”, “Assistance after sickness or accident” and “Travel Assistance” insured by Europ Assistance Belgium.
The policy is concluded for a period of one year, but you can terminate it at any time (SWINZ can terminate it with 3 months-notice prior to the policy term date). Unless terminated by either party, this contract is automatically renewed on its term date, for successive periods of one year. This contract is governed by Belgian law.
